MATCHING GIFTS

Many organisations iwll match a portion of a gift made to a charitable organization by their employees. In most cases, the donor will need to fill out a form from their emploter. The employer will then send it ot the YMCA for confirmation the gift has been made. Upon confirmation, the employer will issue a check.

VOIDED CHECKS

Please be sure to attacha voided check for all gifts that will be paid using an automated bank draft. Some of our donors do keep bank records on file with us but many of them have more than one account. Attachign a voided check will help ensure we draft the appropiate account.

ONLINE GIVING

Online giving is available for the 2011 compaing, however we are encouraging all of you to make a face to face ask and have pledges confirmed with the pledge card.

PARTNERS WITH YOUTH

We have made a promise to the people of Butte that no one would be denied access to our programs or facilities due to an inability to pay.  You, our members and program participants, are a critical part of this effort.  It is a simple premise.  When you belong, so does he.  Partners with Youth is the program through which we provide financial assistance to families or individuals who want to participate, but simply cannot afford the fees.  Making a donation to the Partners with Youth campaign is easy and helps us keep our promise to the community.  You can send a check to the attention of Partners with Youth if you would like to donate.

MEMORIAL GIFTS

Gifts may be made in memory of someone special to you that was a supporter of the Butte Family YMCA or was always doing everything they could for the people, especially children, of Butte.  Notice of your donation will be given to the family of the memorialized.  You can send a check to the Attention of Memorials if you would like to donate.  Remember to provide us with the mailing information for the family of the memorialized.

GIVE TIME

The talented volunteers of the Y are some of the most important donors we have.  Volunteering your time to the Y can help assure that every child has a chance to participate in a Youth Sport or help secure important donation pledges at annual fundraisers.  There are many more ways to give time and we could certainly use your talents.  Download and bring in the Volunteer Application or talk to the Membership & Marketing Director about more Y Volunteer opportunities.

GIVE IN-KIND

In-Kind donations are very simply the reason we can do some of the things we do at the Butte Family YMCA.  These donations can be made by individuals, organizations or businesses.  We can always use supplies for programs, gym space or consulting services among other things.  Please contact one of our Directors if you would like to give an In-Kind gift.
